I need help removing threats and viruses that have been spotted by Kaspersky? The software just shows what has been found but it doesn’t show options of removing them. Please help!!!

If it’s found them, There gone. Kaspersky doesn’t work like most AV’s that people are use to. It needs very little input from you. Whatever it finds it either quarantines it or deletes it all on it’s own. Right click on the icon in the task bar, open Kaspersky. It will prob, say “All threats treated”

1. Restart your computer and press F8
2. Select Safe Mode option
3. Scan your system with your antivirus protection.
The virus will be removed.

Please download: HIjackThis: http://go.trendmicro.com/free-tools/hijackthis/HijackThisInstaller.exe
and save the Installer to your Desktop.
-Double Click the HijackThis icon, located on your Desktop.
-By Default, it will install to: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
It will also create a shortcut on your Desktop.
-Accept the license agreement.
-Click Do a System Scan and Save a Logfile.
