my kaspersky 2011 has detect a virus..before it can remove the virus,the virus has dissappered.now my kaspersky become red and cannot be fixed.how can i solve this problem.

First : don’t use Kaspersky anymore.
Now: Reboot, go to safe mode uninstall KAV or KIS. Reboot > safe mode> try installing in safe mode.
If it works perform a full scan of your PC.
If it doesn’t work. Do the above but booted in the normal mode but Disconnected from internet!
ur computer sucks.buy another one lol
