Should I use the Norton Internet Security 2010 or Kaspersky Internet Security 2010?

I bought a new computer recently. I would like to keep it in the best shape possible. My free trial of Norton runs out today. Should I renew and get Norton Internet Security 2010? Or, should I get Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 instead?

Chosen Answer:

Either one is ok.

You’re a bit late to buy security software…
They were both at on the holidays.

Now Norton is at and Kaspersky is at .

So… take your pick. I got Kaspersky because it has some additional security features, but Norton is a good choice too and its cheaper right now.

PS: Replying to the comment above. Norton Internet Security 2010 is not a resource hog. I’ve tested it myself.

They were both at $60 on the holidays.

Now Norton is at $70 and Kaspersky is at $80.

So… take your pick. I got Kaspersky because it has some additional security features, but Norton is a good choice too and its $10 cheaper right now.

NORTON IS A VIRUS WAITING TO HAPPEN! If you want to pick out of those two go with kaspersky, but avast works better than both of them. Oh yea, and avast is free.
