how to update kaspersky antivirus 2012 with downloaded update file?

my antivirus still working. and online update is possible. but i can’t run the downloaded update file. that says license verification failed. but i have a license till 2012. i did refer website and follow those instructions. but can’t run it. please tell me any solution for this.
