What to do if you ran out of download attempts, downloading Kaspersky PURE 2012?

I really need to download it and it will now work, if only i could download it. But ran out of attempts? It says to contact this customer service place, i did but they havent got back to me yet. Is there anything else i can do?

BTW, I dont give a shit what your opinion is on Kaspersky.
